Both Daniel and Natasha bump into each other in a record store and they immediately
hit it off. From there they spend the rest of their day together. One thing that they
continue to discuss is the existence of God. Daniel believes it was an act of God that
brought them together, while Natasha doesn’t believe in God at all.

Unfortunately as the day draws to a close, Natasha must get on a plane back to
Jamaica. Daniel tries to stay in touch with Natasha, but they lose contact with each
other after being so far apart. As the story draws to a close, we jump forward to ten
years later. Natasha is getting on a plane which Daniel just happens to be on. They
recognize each other immediately, and the rest is left wide-open.

I hope they have a sequel to this book, because I absolutely hate when authors leave their books with cliffhangers like that. There has also been a movie recently released based off of the book. I haven’t seen it, but it looks promising. I would also recommend reading Everything, Everything, also by Nicola Yoon.
